Puso sa Puso 2011

PusoSaPuso2011-00PusoSaPuso2011-01Christmas came a little early for one thousand youngster as Puso sa Puso 2011 took place on Saturday, December 3. The name means "heart to heart" and is a Christmas party for needy children. This is the fourth year for the event started in 2008 by Father Artur, SDS, and Brother James, SDS.
Dressed in red T-shirts, hundreds of volunteers provided a meal, entertainment, and gifts of school supplies, each year in a different area of the city of Manila. The second year was marked by yellow shirts, the third year green, and this year blue shirts marked the volunteers who gave their Saturday (and many more days in preparation) for this Salvatorian-sponsored celebration.

Clement, SDS. As the children returned home to their parents, the question arose, what color should our shirts be next year.
